Due to the location near the pond and the steps up to the hut, Lady’s Well Shepherd’s Hut is not suitable for children under ten although babies up to six months old (non crawlers) are welcome. *A cot is not provided, bring your own travel cot.
The farm used to be part of the ancient Hutton Estate and the original manor house can be glimpsed across the fields through the trees. this lovely sweep of the valleys fringed by woodland and attracts a wonderful range of wildlife. There is even a living willow hide from which you might be lucky enough to see deer, foxes, badgers, in addition to the buzzards that circle on the thermals overhead and the kingfishers that visit the pond.
Once you have parked, a driver and golf cart will transport you arcoss an orchard and field to get to its fabulous unque hideaway. Inside it has a very comfortable king sized bed, an ensuite shower room, flushing WC and heated towel rail, a wood burner and under floor heating and facilities for cooking with all the equipment that you will need for your glamping holiday.
